Windsor Island Resort vacation rental guide

Windsor Island Resort is a vacation-home community in Davenport, Florida. Its Aloha Clubhouse gives guests a place to spend time between theme park days, with water facilities and activities around a shared resort area.

Location: Davenport, Florida. Use the directions supplied for your home and the approved guest entrance.

Arrival: Have the property manager register all drivers before your stay, and bring physical identification.

Facilities at the Aloha Clubhouse

The association lists a resort pool, lazy river, spa, two waterslides and a children’s splash pad. Other facilities include a fitness center, sports court and miniature golf. The Blue Marlin Grille serves food and drinks in the clubhouse area.

These shared facilities are separate from the amenities inside your rental. Check the listing if a private pool, game room or particular sleeping arrangement matters to your group.

Guest registration and identification

The association says owners or property managers must register guests through its access system. All drivers need to be entered before arrival. The association also requires adults aged 18 or over to show identification at the front gate and specifies a physical, valid driver’s license for drivers; digital licenses are not accepted.

Send the names and arrival information requested by your host in good time. If part of the group will arrive separately or hire another car, ask how to register that driver before they reach the gate.

Using the resort amenities

According to the association, registered resort guests can use the amenities during operating hours. Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Cabanas are booked separately and require payment. Sports-court and miniature-golf equipment is available on a first-come basis, with ID held until equipment is returned.

Check current opening hours before planning a pool day. Ask the clubhouse about temporary closures, age or height restrictions for your children, and any activities that need an extra payment.

Questions to ask about your rental

  • Have every driver and guest been registered for the full stay?
  • How many cars can park at the home, and what are the overnight parking rules?
  • Is private pool heating available, and what does it cost?
  • Which bedrooms are downstairs, and are there steps at the entrance?
  • What arrival time and home-access instructions apply to this reservation?

Planning park days from Davenport

Check the route from the actual home to each attraction you want to visit. A resort’s location does not guarantee a fixed drive time. Leave space in the schedule for traffic, parking and getting through the park entrance.

A day at the clubhouse can be useful between longer outings. Choose the home around the needs of your group, then confirm its walk or drive to the shared facilities.

Where to check current rules

Read the Windsor Island Resort Association’s facility information and guest-access FAQ. Your host remains the contact for the home’s door code, reservation changes and property-specific policies.
