Solara Resort vacation rental guide
Solara Resort is in Kissimmee, Florida, off the US-192 area. Its Grand Clubhouse brings together water facilities, sports and places to eat, while the vacation homes have their own layouts and amenities.
Clubhouse address: 1575 Carey Palm Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34747. Use your host’s arrival instructions for the guest entrance and the address of your home.
Clubhouse phone: 407-479-5500. Confirm current operating hours and activity arrangements directly with the club.
What is at Solara’s clubhouse?
The association lists a pool, children’s water-play facilities, fitness center, basketball court and dining. Its wider amenity list also includes a soccer field, volleyball and the FlowRider surf simulator.
Think about the facilities your group will use between outings. If a quiet swim at the home is more important than a clubhouse day, compare the private pool and outdoor space in each listing. Check pool-heating arrangements separately.
Planning a FlowRider session
The association provides a separate booking link for FlowRider sessions. Check current availability, charges and rider requirements through that service or the clubhouse. General resort access should not be treated as confirmation that a particular activity is included or reserved for you.
Ask about age, height and supervision requirements before promising a session to children. Have the booking arrangements confirmed before building the rest of your day around it.
Confirming guest access
Ask the rental provider which clubhouse facilities your reservation includes and how your group will be registered. Confirm any wristband, identification or arrival requirements and whether there are charges for optional activities. The public facility list does not establish the terms of an individual booking.
If people will arrive in different cars, ask what information the host needs for each driver and when it must be supplied. Keep the home’s check-in instructions available on the journey.
Choosing the home
- Check the bed arrangements and downstairs bedrooms, particularly if several households are travelling together.
- Compare the route from the home to the clubhouse and to the attractions you plan to visit.
- Confirm parking capacity and the arrangements for visitors or deliveries.
- Ask what private pool heating and other optional extras cost.
- Read the payment schedule and cancellation terms for your exact dates.
Current facility information
Read the Solara Resort HOA clubhouse page, its FlowRider information and clubhouse contact details. Ask your rental provider about the home and booking; the clubhouse can confirm current facility operations.
