Reunion Resort vacation rental guide

A Reunion Resort rental can put a pool day or a round of golf into your Orlando plans. The detail to settle first is amenity access: being inside the resort does not, by itself, mean your booking includes its club facilities.

Location: Kissimmee, Florida. The resort lists its main address as 7593 Gathering Drive, Kissimmee, FL 34747. Use your rental’s arrival instructions for the correct entrance and home address.

Access: Confirm that the specific home and reservation qualify for Reunion amenity access before paying.

What is at Reunion Resort?

The resort has a private water park, golf courses and tennis facilities. Its water park includes a lazy river, waterslide and children’s water-play area. Golf and some other activities carry separate charges and may need reservations.

Plan your days around what your group will actually use. A home with its own pool may suit a quieter afternoon, while access to the water park can matter more if you want a full resort day. Check both the home listing and its access terms.

How does water park access work?

Reunion’s published FAQ says rental guests need a qualifying home booked through the resort or a preferred rental partner. The home must include amenity access. An address within Reunion, or a general mention of membership, is not enough to establish the terms of your reservation.

Eligible rental guests collect approved wristbands at the Reunion Grande front desk. The water park does not sell entry passes to guests whose home lacks amenity access. Confirm the current collection procedure with your rental provider before arrival.

What should you confirm before booking?

  • Does this exact home include the amenities your group wants, for every registered guest?
  • Where will you collect wristbands, and what identification or registration is required?
  • Which activities, parking arrangements or optional services cost extra?
  • If you want golf or tennis, how do reservations work and what charges apply?
  • Does the private pool have heating, and is it included in the quoted price?

Choosing a home and planning the journey

Compare the home’s position with the facilities you plan to use. Check the route to your chosen theme parks from the actual property, allowing for traffic and park entry. Avoid choosing solely from a resort-wide drive-time estimate.

For a larger party, compare bed arrangements and bathrooms as well as the bedroom count. Ask about steps, ground-floor bedrooms, driveway capacity and any visitor restrictions that affect your plans.

Current rules and useful contacts

Opening schedules and access arrangements can change. Check Reunion Resort’s official FAQ, its water park rules and official directions. Get the terms for your particular home confirmed by your rental provider.
