Compare Orlando vacation rental resorts
Choose a resort around the days you want to have, then compare the individual homes. A community can have the facilities you want while a particular rental has different access terms, parking limits or pool arrangements.
These five resorts are in the wider Orlando area, in Kissimmee or Davenport. The table compares shared facilities and the access questions to settle before booking. On a phone, scroll the table sideways to see every column.
| Resort and guide | Location | Shared facilities | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reunion Resort | Kissimmee | Private water park, golf and tennis. | Access depends on the particular home and booking provider. Confirm approved amenity access; some activities cost extra. |
| Windsor Island Resort | Davenport | Aloha Clubhouse, pool, lazy river, waterslides and sports. | The association requires guest/driver registration. Bring physical ID; confirm cabana charges and supervision rules. |
| Storey Lake Resort | Kissimmee | Hideaway and Bronson clubs, pools, lazy rivers and food service. | Confirm registration, the facilities available to the reservation and how your home connects to the clubhouses. |
| Solara Resort | Kissimmee | Grand Clubhouse, pool, children’s water play, sports and FlowRider. | Confirm the home’s clubhouse access. Check FlowRider booking, charges and rider requirements separately. |
| Windsor Hills Resort | Kissimmee | Pool, hot tub, water park, sports courts and clubhouse activities. | Register your group before arrival. Get pool/water park wristbands from the Welcome Center and check parking arrangements. |
If resort access is central to your trip
Have the rental provider confirm the facilities included with the exact home, for all registered guests and every day of your reservation. Ask about passes, registration and optional activities. For Reunion, settle the home’s approved amenity access before treating the water park as part of the stay.
Keep the provider’s confirmation with your booking documents. A community’s facility list is useful for planning, but it does not replace the terms of your reservation.
If you plan several theme park days
Compare the route from each shortlisted home to the park entrances on your itinerary. Allow for traffic, parking and the trip from the car to the gate. A Kissimmee or Davenport address alone will not tell you how long every journey takes.
Use the Orlando planning guide to work through location and layout questions. If your group will split up, check how each person will get back to the home.
If days at the home matter most
Look closely at the private outdoor space, pool and indoor gathering areas. Check pool-heating charges and the bed arrangements. For anyone who needs easier access, ask about steps, downstairs bedrooms and the route to shared facilities.
Read the home’s listing separately from the resort guide. The presence of a gym, water park or movie theatre in a community does not mean those features are inside the rental.
Questions for your shortlist
- What does the full price include, and which extras are optional?
- Which facilities can this reservation use, and how do guests register?
- How many vehicles can the group bring, and where can they park?
- Are there age, height or supervision rules for the activities you want?
- What payment, cancellation and arrival terms apply to the selected home?
