• Undisclosed pets may result in eviction without refund plus cleaning costs
• Dogs are not permitted on Walton County beaches. The paved 30A trail right at the community entrance is a lovely walk instead
• Prominence curfew: guests 18 and under accompanied by an adult after 9 PM during March 7 to April 5, July 3 to 6, September 4 to 7, and October 9 to 18, 2026
